During the fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journey we will inevitably take care of our physical selves but it is just as prudent to care for our mental and emotional selves. Even if everything is going well, it’s often a good idea to sit down with a therapist so that tensions don’t become bigger issues. Family relationships are dynamic and we want you to have the tools you need to deal with change, life transitions, and complex times. Individual and couples counselling can help release old wounds, address fears, and combat any small problems before they become big issues.

Lactation consultants can assist with every aspect of breastfeeding. From helping establish a latch, to assessing for a tongue tie, to dealing with low milk supply, to pumping, and more. Our in-office LC consultations are one hour long and are offered by Rose Le Blanc, IBCLC.
Massage therapy for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum is safe and effective, and is performed by our highly experienced massage therapists. Our RMTs each have over 10 years experience working with the perinatal population.

We offer physiotherapy! Our physiotherapists are trained in regular physiotherapy (the kind you go to for a knee or shoulder injury) but also are specialists in pelvic health physiotherapy.
